Confession

I need to just confess on here so I can move on. I have had a horrible past 3 days eating. I mean, BAD. I wanted to let you all know so I can just move on and be accountable to you all for getting back on plan tomorrow, and hope that the damage isn't TOO bad on Thursday. :-(

  1. You can do this! Forget what happened in the past and make the healthiest, best choices you can from now until your next weigh in. Then remember each weigh in day is a day to wipe the slate clean and start over :)
